Terms of Service
The agreement between you and WorkPlus when you use the service.
Last updated 2026-08-02
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using WorkPlus, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
PLACEHOLDER — this document is drafting scaffolding and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked against the laws of your jurisdiction before launch.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WorkPlus to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Process unlawful material, or material intended to harass, defraud or harm others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the results generated from it. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — that is, to process, transmit and store your content so we can return results and maintain your history.
5. AI-generated output
WorkPlus uses automated systems to generate summaries, translations, comparisons and drafts. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to anyone. Output is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.
The service depends on third-party providers, and their availability limits ours.
7. Fees
PLACEHOLDER — pricing, billing cycles, refunds and cancellation terms have not been finalised. Replace this section with real commercial terms before launch.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PLACEHOLDER — the limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute-resolution clauses must be drafted by a lawyer for your jurisdiction. Do not launch with this paragraph as written.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
