This policy explains what WorkPlus collects when you use the service, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to the WorkPlus web application and the public website.

• Technical information: standard server logs such as request times and error diagnostics.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Provide the service — process your documents and return the results you asked for.
• Keep your history so you can find, reopen and re-run previous work.
• Maintain security, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

4. AI processing

To produce summaries, translations, comparisons and drafts, the content you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. That provider processes the content to generate a response and returns it to us.

5. Storage and security

No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists, and your saved history until you delete it or close your account.

You can clear your saved history at any time from Settings. Contact messages are retained so we can handle and follow up on your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Children

WorkPlus is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page.
